1. General Information

2. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

A valid identity document will be required at check-in.

Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit card and cash.

The amount of the first night will be charged at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be paid at the Villa.

Booking modification and cancellation policy:
Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Any cancellation or date change within the 14 days prior to arrival will result in the charge of the first night's stay.

4. House Rules

Smoking is not allowed.

Be respectful of your neighbours. Silence is required from 11:30 pm.

Guests are responsible for any damages or losses.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

The house must be left as close as possible to the condition in which it was found.

6. Security and Liability

Guests are responsible for their own safety in case of an accident.

7. Visitors and Occupancy Policy

Occupancy limit: 2 people.

External visitors are not allowed under any circumstances.
